Danielle Avicolli (Dee Vicola) is a musician from Philadelphia Pennsylvania, living in Naples Florida. She received her BM in jazz studies from Temple University. Specializing in Jazz and R&B has made a profound impact on her life. Although this is her focus, Dee performs and teaches all genres. She is an inspired songwriter and entertainer. Most of her influence comes from jazz, or Black American music.

Dee studied at Ithaca College prior to Temple University. She has found a passion for vocal technique and healthy singing from Ithaca as she was taught classical and Opera there. She has met and worked with many established musicians such as John Holiday, (counter tenor and opera star), Kim Nazarian (jazz musician and performer), Terell Stafford (jazz trumpeter and educator), Christie Dashiell (jazz musician, songwriter and performer), Carla Cook (jazz performer in NYC) and many more mentors and peers throughout her career who have helped shape her into the musician she is today. Dee has such a passion for performance and teaching that without it she does not feel complete. She would love to see you at one of her shows private events. Music is an instrumental part of human connection and global understanding. Dee strives to continue the legacy and pass the torch when the time comes.
